Description of mechanism for submission of comments
According to the provisions of subsection b, par. 4, art. 42 of Law 4727/2020, this Accessibility Statement includes a mechanism for the process of updating and submitting comments, through which each interested party has the right to submit comments or a request for information regarding the state of compliance or a request for missing information.
To the Department of Philosophy of the University of Patras, the above is submitted with the relevant request of the person concerned, which is sent electronically to the email address (athanasso@upatras.gr).
The response to the request is communicated to the interested party within thirty (30) days from the submission of the relevant request. If the request is submitted to an unauthorized service, this service forwards it within five (5) days to the Department of Philosophy of the University of Patras. In this case, the deadline starts from the receipt of the request to the competent agency. If the application cannot be processed within the stipulated deadline, due to an objective impossibility specifically justified, the competent agency, within five (5) days at the latest, shall notify the applicant of the reasons for the delay, as well as any useful information.
